professional assistants, all of whom are being groomed as potential directors.
The policy of the firm is to develop and retain its own staff through ongoing professional
education. Each professional is in the process of developing his/her own areas
of expertise in MVA, damages, intellectual property, commercial and labour law,
to name a few.
Hazel De Souza (nee Franco) is a duly
admitted attorney with Right of Appearance in the High Court.
Hazel is a graduate of the
University of Pretoria and holds a BLC degree and LLB degree. She joined
the firm in December 1999
and specializes in commercial, administration of estates, and labour law.
Ricardo Teixeira , who joined the firm
in
January 2007,is a duly admitted attorney. Ricardo is a graduate of the
University of Johannesburg and
holds
a BComm degree with a major in accounting as well as an LLB degree.Whilst being
able to deal with
numerous
aspects of law,Ricardo has a keen interest in labour, criminal, commercial law
and litigation.

Adam Keatley joined the firm in
September 2008 as a candidate attorney.
He holds a LLB degree from
UNISA and has a special interest in corporate
law, legal aspects of
electronic commerce and commercial law.
Gina Tozzi joined
the firm in March
2009
as a candidate attorney.Gina graduated from the University of Johannesburg and
holds
a
BA(Law) degree with a major in Psychology as well as an LLB degree. Gina has an
interest in
various
aspects of law, including commercial, family law, litigation, and intellectual
property law.

Luyanda Nyangiwe also joined the firm in
March 2009 and holds an LLB degreefrom Wits
University. He has a
particular interest in labour and commercial law as well as litigation.
